Dental Membership Plans in Raleigh
Looking for dental membership plans in Raleigh because you do not have insurance? A practice membership can make routine visits easier to budget for. But it is important to compare the actual benefits, exclusions, and fees before enrolling.
At Russo Dentistry, the Dental Advantage plan offers a way to arrange preventive care directly with our office. The right choice depends on your dental needs and any insurance already available to you.
What is a dental membership plan?
A membership is an agreement with a dental practice for specified services and discounts. It is not dental insurance, and it does not pay claims at other offices. You remain responsible for services outside the plan and for the balance of discounted treatment.
What does Russo Dentistry include?
Our published plan includes two cleanings, two exams, and necessary X-rays annually, plus discounts on eligible procedures. Cosmetic treatment is excluded. Review the Dental Advantage plan details and confirm current pricing, eligibility, and terms with our team.
Ask whether your recommended type of cleaning is included. Patients receiving treatment for gum disease may need a different visit schedule or services beyond routine preventive cleanings.
Membership or insurance: what should you compare?
- Your annual cost: Compare membership fees with your share of insurance premiums, including any employer contribution.
- Your expected care: Request an estimate for recommended treatment under each option.
- Limits and exclusions: Check deductibles, annual insurance maximums, waiting periods, and membership restrictions.
- Where you receive care: A practice membership applies at the participating office; insurance has its own network rules.
A membership is not automatically a better value than employer-sponsored insurance. Compare the numbers before canceling existing benefits, and ask whether membership discounts can be combined with any other arrangements.
What if you already have PPO insurance?
Russo Dentistry accepts and files PPO plans. Filing a claim does not mean the practice is in-network with every insurer. Our team can help review your dental insurance benefits; your insurer determines final payment.
Does membership cover veneers or whitening?
No. Our membership excludes cosmetic treatments. If you are considering cosmetic care, request a separate estimate and ask about available payment options. Financing is separate from membership, and approval and terms depend on the provider.
Questions to ask before enrolling
Ask when benefits begin and end, how renewals work, what cancellation rules apply, and which services qualify for discounts. A written plan and treatment estimate make the decision easier.
